I spent nearly two decades in med-tech and healthcare services, starting as a neuromonitoring technologist in the operating room and eventually serving as CEO of an international company with sales, service, medical billing, and professional services operations across the U.S. and India.
I've sat in the operator, manager, VP, and CEO seats. I know firsthand what happens when a company grows faster than its systems, and what has to change when the business is ready for its next stage. Today that's the work I do for other founders: helping you move from operator to strategic leader, so growth finally feels like momentum instead of weight. I'm based in the Pacific Northwest and work with founder-led companies across the country.
